Terms and Conditions
In accessing the KC's Jewellery website and/or purchasing from
the www.kcs-jewellery.co.uk site you agree to be bound by the following
terms and conditions:
- Every effort has been taken to ensure that the information
contained within this site is correct and up to date. However,
it should be noted that the information could become incomplete,
inaccurate or out of date. KC’s Jewellery reserves the right to
change, amend or update information within this site.
- We will not be liable to you or in breach of the contract
for delay or failure to perform due to any causes beyond the
control of KC’s Jewellery or its suppliers.
- Any details with which you provide us are held and processed
in accordance with our privacy policy.
- All prices within the KC’s Jewellery website are given in
pounds Sterling (£). Postage and Packaging is included therein.
However, if you live outside of the United Kingdom, you shall be
subject to the relevant Postage and Packaging costs.
- All our goods are supplied on approval. All goods are
quality checked before despatch. Only in extenuating
circumstances and per prearranged agreement with KC’s Jewellery,
may they be returned within 30 days for replacement or a full
refund of any monies paid, provided the goods are unused and in
its original packaging. The consumer's contract with KC’s
Jewellery does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
- A credit check may be carried out by a licensed Credit
Reference Agency.
